Ntab wins World Cup overall

Last Sunday Dai Dai Ntab has written the final standings of the World Cup 500 meters on his name. The 22-year-old sprinter from Team Plantina did that by winning the last two races at the World Cup final in Stavanger. Earlier this season NTAB was already the best in Astana.

NTAB begun blank in the final weekend in Norway. "I actually never thought that I could win the World Cup overall.  Secretly I new it was possibility yo take the full podium with the team and we did, that’s great. Nice for the team, good for the sponsor. "

Ronald Mulder took with two silver medals a gigantic jump in the casement. "I had a great end of the season. For the last two World Cup races I was still fifteen, and now I'm third, so it is top notch."

Mulder won for the Netherlands with Plantina-teammate Kai Verbij and Jan Smeekens Sunday also gold in the team sprint. Thomas Krol ended this weekend twice fourth. Saturday at 1000 meters (1.09,47), Sunday in the 1500 meters (1.46,63).
